2、 Review of previous editions
Western China International Equipment Manufacturing Expo (hereinafter referred to as Western China Manufacturing Expo) is approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and co sponsored by China Machinery Industry Federation and China Communications Industry Association. It is a regular industry meeting integrating Products Show, trade ordering, academic discussion, investment negotiation and technical cooperation.
Since 2003, the Western China Manufacturing Expo has been successfully held for 31 consecutive sessions. The 31st Western China Manufacturing Expo was successfully held from March 17th to 19th, 2023 at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center, with over 900 exhibitors from over ten countries and regions including the United States, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, and China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan). There are over 2000 indoor exhibition booths, with a total exhibition area of 40000 square meters. The four-day exhibition attracted over 63000 visitors from more than 20 industries both domestically and internationally. Previous Western China International Import and Export Expo has won awards including Hasselblad from the United States, Harting, Heck, Slavorin from Germany, Glauber, Giant Wave, Mitsubishi Electric, Tian Tian, Mazak, Weiya from Korea, Youjia from Taiwan, Fuyu, Cheng Tai, Yawei, Xiehong, Liwei, Lichi, Oil Machinery, Daqiao, and Bailide Machinery Shenyang Machine Tool, Dalian Machine Tool, Beiyi Machine Tool, Ningbo Haitian, Ningjiang Machine Tool, Qinchuan Group, Baoji Machine Tool, Tide, Suzhou Newei, Xi'an Beicun, Dazu, Baichao Dineng, Pentium Chutian, Yawei, Hongshan, Bond, Jinweike, Chenlong, Saw Lihuang, Altofu, Fanuc, Siemens, Guangzhou CNC, Kandi, Hexconn, Zeiss, Wenze, Nano, Edward, Shangao, Taikelo, Kyocera, OSG, YAMAWA Many exhibitors and users in the domestic and foreign equipment manufacturing industry, including Gaonai Dayin, Shanggong, Zhuzhou Diamond, etc., have generally recognized and strongly supported the exhibition. In 2012, the Western China Manufacturing Expo was guided and supported by the Ministry of Commerce; In 2017, the company's exhibition services were awarded the Xi'an Service Industry Famous Brand Product; The Western Expo has become a UFI certified exhibition; In 2020, the company became a member of the UFI International Exhibition Alliance and has been awarded multiple honors, known as the "First Exhibition of Western Industry". The 32nd Western China Expo and Eurasian Industry Expo will be held from March 14th to 17th, 2024 at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center (Chanba). The conference features 5 indoor exhibition halls and outdoor exhibition areas, with a total exhibition area of 62000 square meters. At that time, domestic and foreign equipment manufacturing industry experts and buyers will be invited to participate and visit. The 32nd Western China Manufacturing Expo in 2024 will further highlight professionalism, effectiveness, and internationalization.
3、 Professional audience organization
The organizing committee will take various measures to invite buyers to ensure the effectiveness of the exhibition!
1、 Online and offline promotion to ensure the effectiveness of the exhibition. Pre exhibition, during exhibition, and post exhibition promotion cover professional media in the industry, mass media, new media, television, outdoor advertising, and car advertising. 90+industry mass media showed up during the exhibition, 280000+pre exhibition industry, mass media exposure, 400000+WeChat subscription number reading, 30 million+Tiktok short video broadcast, 620000+DM pre exhibition distribution, 2.6 million+short message marketing delivery, 830000+user call centers, 112+during the exhibition mass media interviewed and publicized.
2、 With the strong support of the co organizers, promotional events will be held in the industrial concentration areas and other areas in the western region starting from early August 2023, inviting industrial enterprises in the area to participate and visit. We will focus on inviting users from major machinery manufacturing industries such as aviation, aerospace, military electronics, automotive manufacturing, energy and power equipment, and general machinery to visit the conference. 3、 The data research department of 30 people collects, verifies, and invites professional audience data throughout the year. Focusing on the supervisory leadership, procurement department, equipment department, material department, as well as procurement, demand and technical control department personnel such as technology department and process department of the enterprise, exhibition information will be sent through telephone, email, electronic fax and other methods to verify and send visiting vouchers and exhibition guides through letters and on-site distribution in the later stage. 4、 Starting from December, we will comprehensively invite small and medium-sized enterprises with purchasing power and demand to participate in exhibitions and procurement in major industrial concentration areas and areas where small and medium-sized supporting enterprises are concentrated through posters, briefings, and on-site distribution of visiting vouchers

Government Group Procurement: The organizing committee will invite co organizers and other relevant government agencies from key regions to issue documents and organize groups to participate in exhibitions and visits, and negotiate on-site purchases; And organize local key enterprises for cooperation and exchange.
Group visit: Welcome manufacturing related industry user organizations, industrial parks, industrial clusters, enterprise groups, business associations, etc. to participate in procurement negotiations, visits and exchanges at the Expo. From Shaanxi (Xi'an, Baoji, Hanzhong, Xianyang, Weinan, Ankang, Yan'an, Tongchuan, Yulin, Shangluo, etc.), Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Shanxi, Hubei, Sichuan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Yunnan, and other neighboring provinces and cities within the same area or enterprise, starting from 30 people per organization, visitors can book an appropriate amount of fuel subsidy by bringing their own vehicles to watch the exhibition
Industry procurement: Industry institutions, enterprise groups, and small and medium-sized enterprises related to aviation, aerospace, automotive, electronics, power, shipbuilding, military industry, petroleum and coal, energy and chemical industry, metallurgy, heavy equipment, and manufacturing related industries such as non-ferrous metals, printing and packaging, food machinery, textile, range hood, sewing, etc., will conduct on-site procurement. The organizing committee will give a gift (800 copies per day) based on the transaction amount;
Free venues: Government, development zones, industrial parks, business associations, cooperative media, relevant institutions, and enterprises will hold procurement information press conferences, industrial product promotion meetings, technical exchange meetings, etc. during the conference period, providing free venues (limited number of venues, until fully booked);

Outsourcing of professional audience for cooperating units and compensation for professional audience organization for exhibitors: Starting from 30 professional audience members organized by each cooperating unit, a subsidy of 30 yuan per person will be provided; Exhibitors will organize professional visitors and listeners, and the organizing committee will provide free printing of visiting vouchers and other advertising as compensation.

8、 Booth and advertising expenses
1. Booth fee: Standard booth 9000 yuan/booth space: 900 yuan/m? (36m? Minimum rent)
Standard booth is 3mX3m, with three side panels, corporate name lintel, one table and two chairs, two spotlights, and a 220V power socket (only for lighting purposes. If there is high-power electricity, a fee must be paid to the exhibition hall to apply for access to the dedicated line). Only the corresponding area of the venue is provided, without any supporting facilities. If necessary, it can be rented separately.
