1. Instructions for exhibitors to apply for participation: truthfully provide the code of export enterprise (foreign trade enterprise), or the original of valid business license issued by local industrial and commercial department and color photos of relevant certificates of product certification (non foreign trade enterprise).
2. The name of the exhibitor shall be consistent with the name of the application and the name of the lintel board. In case of any illegal, infringing or fake exhibits or resale or resale booths, the organizer shall have the right to withdraw the exhibitor's exhibits and stop their exhibition.
3. The commodities to be exhibited shall meet the requirements of relevant announcements of 2019 South Asia and Southeast Asia commodity fair and investment and trade fair.
4. After the exhibitors sign up, they will withdraw from the exhibition in the middle of the exhibition, and the exhibition dues paid will not be refunded.
