The China International Pulp and Paper Industry and Biodegradable Materials Exhibition (PC+BDM), formerly known as the China International Paper Chemicals Exhibition (PAPER CHEM), is a self owned exhibition brand of the China Chemical Information Center (ChemChina) with a history of 16 years.
At the beginning of 2020, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment jointly issued the strictest plastic production order. In this context, China Huaxin actively practices the concept of circular economy, fully integrates industry resources, and upgrades PAPER CHEM to PC+BDM within the BDM biodegradable material service platform system. The Pulp, Paper, and Degradable Materials Exhibition takes "Green Low Carbon Sustainable Development" as its theme, based on biodegradable materials and paper-based materials. The exhibition presents a composite industrial chain supply system of raw materials, additives, modified technology, and environmentally friendly products, promoting precise integration between environmentally friendly materials and application markets, and has gained widespread attention and unanimous recognition in the industry.
BDM2024 China International Biodegradable Materials and Paper Based Materials, Food Paper Packaging Expo Biodegradable plastics have been included in the main development direction of the 14th Five Year Plan for the plastic processing industry.
