The 2024 Shaoxing Keqiao International Textile Accessories Expo (Spring) will be held from May 6th to 8th at the Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center, with an exhibition area of 26000 square meters. 1. Main exhibition area: There are approximately 1385 standard exhibition booths measuring 3 meters by 3 meters. 1. Domestic enterprises
A standard booth costs 12000 yuan per booth (9 square meters), with an additional charge of 1200 yuan per booth for double openings. A single booth with an area of less than 9 square meters will be charged a booth fee of 4000/3 square meters;
Special booth costs 1000 yuan/square meter (starting from 36 square meters).

2. Overseas enterprises
Standard booth costs $1800 per booth (9 square meters), double opening adds $180 per booth;
$150 per square meter for special decoration (starting from 36 square meters);
Each overseas exhibiting company can receive a maximum of one 3-star double standard room (3 nights) provided free of charge by the organizing committee.

3. Booth configuration
The standard booth provides a full carpet, two 2-meter hanging poles (or corresponding layers or grids), one reception table, one negotiation table, three negotiation chairs, four spotlights, a lintel with company name, an exhibitor list, exhibitor entry and exit cards, and visitor invitation letters;
Exhibitors are responsible for booth design and production for the special decoration space.
Note: The minimum rental area for special decoration is 36 square meters.
