Exhibition procedures
1. Fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and mail or send the documents to the organizing unit. The booth follows the principle of "apply first, pay first, and arrange first";
2. Within one week after applying for a booth, the exhibition fees shall be remitted to the designated account of the organizing unit. After remitting various fees, exhibitors are requested to transfer the bank remittance form to the exhibition organizing unit.
3. Send the company's Chinese and English introduction and advertising documents (if any) in electronic format to the exhibition organizer 30 days before the event. If translation is required, please inform us in advance.
4. According to the Exhibitor Handbook, properly arrange exhibition matters (hotel reservation, exhibition product transportation, booth decoration, exhibition equipment rental, on-site translation, etc.).
