The 21st China International Housing Industry and Construction Industrialization Products and Equipment Expo (referred to as the 2024 China Housing Expo) will be grandly held from June 27th to 29th, 2024 at the China International Exhibition Center (New Hall) in Beijing.

The China Housing Expo is approved by the State Council, the Ministry of Commerce, and supported by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development. It is jointly hosted by the Technology and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development (Housing Industrialization Promotion Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development), the China Real Estate Industry Association, and the China Architecture Culture Center. It is co organized by more than ten science and technology industry associations of the national housing and urban-rural construction system. This exhibition is the "Guiding and Supporting Exhibition" of the Ministry of Commerce and the "Beijing Guiding and Supporting Brand Exhibition" of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce.

Prefabricated Buildings - Prefabricated Concrete Structures

To showcase new technologies, products, and engineering examples of prefabricated concrete structures, and promote the innovative achievements made in the development of prefabricated concrete structures in China, a special exhibition area has been set up, including prefabricated concrete components and building decoration accessories; Prefabricated structural connectors, embedded parts and accessories; Connection technology; Sand, stone, water, cement, steel, additives; Design and other related supporting products.

Prefabricated buildings - steel structures

In order to actively promote steel structure architecture, a steel structure exhibition area has been established for this year's China Housing and Urban Rural Development Expo, including various steel structure systems such as heavy-duty steel structures, lightweight steel structures, and grid membrane structures; Steel structure construction and welding technology; Materials and technologies for steel structure fire prevention, corrosion prevention, waterproofing, etc; Various types of construction steel such as steel, steel plates, and steel pipes; Steel structure design and other related supporting products.

In order to promote the development of wooden structures and their supporting industries, this exhibition has set up a special exhibition area for wooden structures, including various environmentally friendly wooden buildings, bamboo structures, wooden structure materials, wooden structure production and processing equipment, wood protectants, wood plastic landscape profiles, consultation on wooden structure building design, and related industry products.

Concentrate on showcasing the mechanical equipment required for prefabricated buildings, improve the mechanization level of prefabricated buildings, and set up special exhibition areas for prefabricated component production equipment; Pre stressing reinforcement equipment; Forming tools; Prefabricated component support system; Building templates, scaffolding, and installation systems; Display and promote construction elevators, aerial work vehicles, modern transportation vehicles, and equipment.

Prefabricated buildings - interior industrialization

For decoration and renovation enterprises, assembly decoration can achieve standardization and integration of decoration, improve decoration quality, and reduce secondary pollution, which is a necessary path for the development of the decoration and renovation industry.
