1、 Preface

Smart grid is a new trend in the development of the world power grid, which can guide various aspects to use electricity more efficiently and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. And elevate the safety, reliability, and stability emphasized by the existing power grid to a new level; Further reflecting the positive contribution of the power grid to the environment, economy, and even the entire society. The smart grid is becoming the next engine driving the world economy.

In recent years, China's investment in power construction has been continuously increasing, and the development of the power grid has achieved significant results, achieving the goal of becoming a world-class power grid. This has enabled the national power grid to comprehensively enter the international advanced ranks in terms of resource allocation capacity, operational efficiency, safety level, and technological level. As a result, the demand for transmission and transformation equipment and power automation products has sharply increased. Standard booth configuration: 9 square meters of exhibition venue and carpet, 2.5m high wall panel, lintel production, one negotiation table, two chairs, one 220V power socket, and two fluorescent lamps.

If exhibiting companies choose booths or double opening booths, an additional 20% booth fee will be charged, and the conference fee will be 500 RMB per person (for catering, souvenirs, etc.).

5、 Exhibition procedures

Fill out the booth application form, stamp it, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee of the conference. Within one week of applying for a booth, the exhibition fee [50% deposit or full payment] shall be wired or paid to the organizing committee. The booth allocation principle is "apply first, remit first, arrange first", and the remaining payment shall be paid before July 10, 2024.

After receiving the Exhibition Application Form and booth fees, the organizer will send the Exhibitor Handbook to the exhibitors. Exhibitor accommodation product transportation and other matters will be subject to the Exhibitor Handbook.

In addition to being widely distributed to regulatory authorities, relevant associations, professional visitors, and purchasers during the conference, the conference journal will also be sent to domestic and foreign property owners and related distribution units through the host organization.
