Notice to exhibitors:
1. If the enterprise decides to participate in the exhibition, fill in the exhibition application form and affix the official seal, fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee of the conference;
2. After receiving the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will arrange the booth for the exhibitors according to the booth arrangement principle of "first application, first payment, first arrangement";
3. Payment details of exhibition expenses:
(1) The above exhibition expenses do not include "construction deposit", "construction management fee", "facility rental fee" and other expenses;
(2) Exhibitors who sign the contract should remit the deposit to the account of the organizing committee within 10 working days from the date of signing the contract, and fax the remittance voucher to the Organizing Committee for checking;
(3) Please remit the remaining exhibition expenses to the account designated by the organizing committee before April 30, 2022;
4. The order of advertising in the journal shall be subject to the order of receiving advertising fees, and the deadline for inclusion is August 30, 2022;
5. The organizing committee will send the exhibitor manual to the exhibitors in May 2022.
