Excluding other exhibition equipment, electricity fee and special installation management fee; Cleaning expenses such as arrangement and removal shall be borne by the exhibitors.

Participation Procedures

1. The booth reservation shall be arranged by the Organizing Committee: the principle is to apply first, pay first and book first. To reserve a booth, you need to sign an exhibition contract with the organizing committee, pay 30% of the exhibition fee to the account designated by the organizing committee within 3 days after applying for the booth, and pay the rest 30 days in advance (before April 30, 2021 for the spring exhibition). Failure to pay within the time limit will be deemed as automatic abandonment of the booth, the booth will not be retained, and the reserved fee will not be returned. Please understand.

2. From now on, the organizing committee will accept the application and arrange the booth and advertising space according to the order of receiving the remittance. (due to the shortage of booths, the organizing committee will not reserve booths for those who have not paid).
