In 2013, under the guidance of the food safety office of the State Council and the four sessions of China Food Safety Forum held by economic daily and China economic network, as an important national level event of the national food safety publicity week, the first China International Food Safety and Innovation Technology Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as food safety exhibition) was founded, which has been held for five consecutive sessions. With a total exhibition area of nearly 20000 square meters, 2018 China International Food Safety exhibition attracted the full participation of nearly 100 food "whole industry chain" safety system authorities and famous enterprises from ecological agriculture to supervision, food production, detection and circulation. As one of the important national level activities of the national food safety publicity week, food safety Expo 2019 will be held in Beijing China International Exhibition Center (Sanyuan bridge) from May 31 to June 2, 2019. With higher specifications, more international participation, more accurate commerce and trade docking, higher quality professional services, more refined exhibition area settings, the Expo will comprehensively display the world The latest achievements and innovative technologies of food safety in various countries have created the most influential food safety brand exhibition in China and even in the world.
This year's food safety exhibition covers an area of 20000 square meters, with a total of over 20000 visitors, about 500 international purchasers and traders, about 12000 domestic purchasers and traders, and about 7500 members of the public.
