Standard booth (3 m x 3 m) ordinary single side opening RMB 5800 / piece / exhibition period; (additional RMB 500 for corner booth)

Standard exhibition equipment: hoarding, company name lintel, a negotiation table, two chairs, a 220 V socket, two spotlights, carpet.

Bare floor (indoor special booth, rent from 36 m2): RMB 550 / m2

Exclusive of other exhibition equipment, electricity, special installation management fee, and other cleaning expenses shall be borne by the exhibitor.

Participation Procedures

1. Booking booth is arranged by the Organizing Committee: the principle is to apply first, pay first and reserve first. If you want to book a booth, you need to sign an exhibition contract with the organizing committee. 30% of the exhibition fee will be paid to the account designated by the organizing committee within 3 days after applying for the booth, and the rest of the relevant payment will be paid at least 30 days in advance (spring exhibition will be held before April 30, 2021). Overdue payment will be deemed as automatic abandonment of the booth, and the booth will not be reserved. The booking fee will not be returned. Please understand.

2. From now on, the organizing committee will start to accept the application and arrange the booth and advertising space according to the order of receiving the remittance. (due to the shortage of booths, the organizing committee will not reserve the booths of the unpaid units).
