Sponsored by the people's Government of Hebei Province, undertaken by the people's Government of Shijiazhuang city and the Department of Commerce of Hebei Province, and implemented by the people's Government of Zhengding County, the 2020 China · Shijiazhuang (Zhengding) International Commodity Fair (online and offline) will be held from September 26 to September 28, 2020. In combination with the current situation of epidemic prevention and control, and in accordance with the guidance of Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of public security and Health Commission on normalized prevention and control of new crown pneumonia epidemic in exhibition activities, this fair will adopt the mode of "online and offline" to strive to create characteristics and highlight.

1、 Main activities and exhibition areas

In 2020, the 13th Zhengyi Expo will take "4 + 4" modern industrial development as the main line, combine with the actual economic development of Shijiazhuang and Zhengding, and focus on the construction of free trade zone, tourism development, cultural creativity, information technology and other aspects to organize and plan exhibition activities. The opening ceremony, high-end conference, theme docking, exhibition, investment promotion, project signing and other major activities will be held through on-site participation, video connection, video playback and other forms. We should effectively play the aggregation effect of "publicity and promotion, image display, platform building, harmonious and win-win situation, and building a shopping mall" of the fair, base ourselves on the provincial capital, integrate Beijing and Tianjin, radiate the whole country and take a broad view of the world, organically integrate business circulation and cultural tourism resources, and promote the deep docking and high integration of Shijiazhuang Regional Economy and related industrial projects by tourism, prospering the city by commerce, and promoting production by the city, It has become the main platform for Shijiazhuang's opening up and the development of modern service industry.

This year's Expo is taking the way of combining offline exhibition and online exhibition. The offline exhibition is located in hall 8 of Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center; the online virtual exhibition hall is built by using the national well-known network platform to display in the form of VR, 3D, video, picture, text, physical products, etc.

（1） Image exhibition. Invite all localities to participate in the exhibition offline or online, and set up offline special booth or online independent exhibition hall.

1. Government. This paper focuses on the achievements of counties (cities) in Shijiazhuang City in recent years, and the development of "4 + 4" industry. All counties (cities) are invited to participate in the exhibition. Zhengding County, Zhengding area of China (Hebei) pilot free trade zone (Shijiazhuang comprehensive protection zone), Zhengding new area and Zhengding high tech Zone are invited to participate in the exhibition.

2. Friendly cities. The exhibition focuses on the cultural history, development planning, characteristic industries, cooperation and exchanges of international sister cities, and invites Shijiazhuang city and Zhengding County sister cities (online) to participate in the exhibition.

（2） Online trade show. Invite domestic first-class enterprises or overseas famous brand enterprises to participate in the exhibition, set up independent exhibition hall, other enterprises set up exhibition area according to region or category. The total number of online investment booths is about 400.

1. Overseas pavilions. Make full use of the advantages of online exhibitions, break the regional and time restrictions, and widely invite the world's top 500 enterprises, Import Expo exhibitors, "the Belt and Road Initiative" countries and other online exhibitors.

2. Domestic boutique exhibition. Well known enterprises, invisible champion enterprises and brand enterprises inside and outside the province are widely invited.

3. Hebei characteristic commodity exhibition. Leading enterprises in Hebei Province, characteristic commodity enterprises, leading enterprises in tourism industry and intangible cultural heritage projects are invited to participate in the exhibition.

4. Shijiazhuang tourism and special commodity exhibition. Each county (District) of Shijiazhuang city will organize famous enterprises, characteristic products, intangible cultural heritage products and time-honored products to participate in the exhibition.

Open a number of "online live room", using the exhibition period for commodity display and live sales.

（3） Offline exhibition. The main exhibition hall and auto exhibition sub exhibition hall are set up, with 1000 booths in advance, and the exhibition area is about 70000 square meters. The main exhibition hall is located in hall 8 of Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center. It mainly invites domestic well-known enterprises and brand enterprises to participate in the exhibition. There are a number of special booths, 400 ordinary booths and an exhibition area of 15000 square meters.

1. Special display. The comprehensive insurance zone (Free Trade Zone), high tech Zone and Zhengding New Area organize their own image exhibition, and invite well-known brand enterprises to participate in the exhibition; the county development and Reform Commission, Commerce Bureau, market supervision bureau, comprehensive law enforcement bureau, science and Industry Bureau, culture and Tourism Bureau and other departments and township (Street Office) also invite 1-2 characteristic enterprises of their own industry and jurisdiction to carry out special exhibition.

2. Domestic boutique exhibition. Well known enterprises, invisible champion enterprises and brand enterprises inside and outside the province are widely invited to participate in the exhibition.

Hebei Ruitian economic and Trade Co., Ltd. is responsible for 50 investment booths;

Zhengding Beiguo mall Co., Ltd. is responsible for 50 investment booths;

Zhengding County Business Association is responsible for 20 investment booths.

3. Hebei characteristic commodity exhibition. Shijiazhuang Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Commerce Bureau, Investment Promotion Bureau, industry and Information Bureau, culture, radio, television and Tourism Bureau, science and Technology Bureau, Financial Supervision Bureau, Health Bureau, counties (cities) and districts invited leading enterprises and characteristic commodity enterprises of Hebei Province in 4 + 4 industries to participate in the exhibition, with 100 investment booths.

4. Zhengding tourism and special commodity exhibition. Zhengding County Market Supervision Bureau (characteristic commodities) 30, culture and Tourism Bureau (cultural and creative products) 20, comprehensive law enforcement bureau (furniture and home furnishing) 20, Zhengding County Township, street office respectively organized the region's five characteristic commodity enterprises to participate in the exhibition, 50 booths. A total of 120 investment booths.

5. Auto show. The auto sub exhibition hall is located in No.1-6 Hall of Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center, 2020 China (Shijiazhuang) international new energy and Intelligent Automobile Expo, 2020 Hebei (the eighth) Auto Culture Festival. It adopts the form of traditional offline exhibition, and plans to open six exhibition halls with an exhibition area of about 55000 square meters.
