2025 Shanghai International Graphite and Carbon Products and Technology Expo

China's graphite industry has a long history and has now become one of the largest graphite producing countries in the world. In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic and international economies, especially the rapid rise of industries such as new energy and electronic information, the demand for graphite and carbon products has continued to grow. According to data, the market size of China's graphite industry will be around 50 billion yuan in 2024, and the market size will further expand in the future.

China International Trade Fair, or "China International Trade Fair" for short, is a national level trade fair co sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and the Shanghai Municipal Government, and undertaken by Eastbest Lansheng (Group) Co., Ltd. Since its establishment in 1999, the China International Fair for Industry and Commerce has been successfully held for more than 20 sessions, making it one of the largest industrial exhibitions in China, with the largest number of participating companies, the widest range of exhibition fields, and the highest degree of internationalization.

The graphite and carbon product exhibition will be held concurrently with the 2025 China International Fair for Industry and Technology, based on the widespread application of graphite and carbon materials in multiple fields and the growing market demand. Graphite is an allotrope of carbon, characterized by conductivity, thermal conductivity, lubricity, chemical stability, and thermal shock resistance. It is widely used in fields such as pencil lead, refractory materials, conductive materials, lubricating materials, carbon manufacturing, and radiation resistant materials. At the same time, with the rapid development of emerging fields such as new energy and electronic information, the performance requirements for graphite and carbon products are becoming increasingly high, and market demand continues to grow.

A total of 91912 reports were monitored in the previous session, an increase of 116% compared to the previous session. Among them, 53448 were disseminated through traditional media, accounting for 63%, and 31410 were disseminated through new media, accounting for 37%. A total of 1.27 billion exposures were obtained, among which the Digital Industry Expo received 7.11 million online visits. In new media, Weibo, Douyin, and WeChat have high popularity, accounting for 41%, 33%, and 21% respectively, with a total of 4.6858 million interactions.
