It is located in the intersection area of Jinan urban area and the eastern new city, the east of high-tech Development Zone, the west of East 2nd Ring Road, the south of Jingshi Road, the back of Wuding Maoling mountain, 10 minutes from the East Ring Expressway, 20 minutes from Jinan International Airport, occupying the unique golden position of "treasure basin".  

There are four exhibition halls a, B, C and D on the two floors of the exhibition hall. Vehicles can go directly to the exhibition hall on the second floor through the special ramp. With a span of 100 meters from north to south, 60 meters from east to west, and a total construction area of 12600 square meters, 600 international standard booths can be built, as well as 20000 square meters of outdoor booths and indoor warehouses. The exhibition hall has complete facilities, equipped with voice communication, public address and automatic fire control system. The ground unit bears 3 tons and the output capacity is 1000 kW. There are 5 to 16 tons of large-scale general-purpose bridge cranes, many loading and unloading forklifts and transport trucks. The 1400 square meter business negotiation center is equipped with small and medium-sized meeting rooms, VIP rooms, business centers and open leisure areas.

The exhibition hall provides the whole process services before, during and after the exhibition, including exhibition arrangement, handling, storage of exhibits, design and construction of exhibition stands and special equipment, removal and return of exhibits, as well as conference, catering, celebration, advertising services, and leasing services for AV, exhibition stands, hoardings, green plants and other exhibition equipment and facilities.
